Order Of Operations
4x3+12÷2
Check for Brackets first. Exponets second. Multiplication or Division third, Adding or Subtracting last.
Multiplication and Division are equal so it doesn't matter which one goes first. Same goes for Adding and Subtracting. You answer whatever question is first. The order goes from left to right.
Mulitpucation goes first in this question,
12+12÷2
After that you do Division because it's next,
12+6
Last comes Addition.
12+6 = 18
Your answer should be 18.
