To find the median the first thing you have to do is put the numbers in order by size. For example. Say i have these numbers. 2,5,7,3,9 I would take those numbers and put them in order by their size so now it would be 2,3,5,7,9 okay, now that you have your numbers in the right order take both of your fingers on the last two numbers and keep going over like this 2,3,5,7,9 then you would take your fingers and jump over 1 so your fingers should be at these bold numbers 2,3,5,7,9. Now what's left? The 5 of course. The median is ALWAYS the number in the middle. If you end you end up with two medians add them together and divide them by 2 so say i added one more number in my problem and its 7. So 7+7=14. 14/2=7.
