outlier is a value that is much larger or smaller than the
other data value the data may have more than
one outlier or zero outlier.
example:
3,8,4,5,9,33,5,6
first we have to put them in order before we find the outlier
3,4,5, 5,6,8,9,33
the outlier is 33
